Extremely satisfied- It is easy to assemble and works wonders getting wax out quickly! We were spending 20-30 min using a manual ear/nose sucker. This takes about 3 minutes to pull all the wax out! It does not hold its charge for days but it doesn’t take long to charge!

It really didn't work for me I think it needed more suction

Nice product, when it worked. One day it just stopped working entirely. I wrote to the company and they replaced it. Good customer service.

I purchased this in mid-January. The suction worked a bit. Went to use it a second time in mid-April. Charged it, blue light indicated it's in work mode- no suction. What a waste of money. I suppose it's too late to return.

This space age looking contraption did what I needed it to do. Got all that ear gunk out! Has a lot of pieces included that I haven't explored yet, but I'm sure they're likely just as effective.

It should have included an ear wax softener.

Every 2 weeks I had to pay somewhat of a specialist to suck out a flakes from my ear. One of NC allergies?This machine will do that in the privacy of my own home.

Design is good but lacks suction power. Not as powerful as advertised.
