Haven't used them yet looking forward to though

I love this thing. I used to have a longer one and lost it in my last move. I can say with 100% certainty that when I do new workouts, and use this bamboo massager to beat the acid out of my muscles, I'm over the moon. I don't have nearly as many issues with soreness My Kung Fu instructor was the first one to introduce me to it, and I am incredibly thankful.

Good overall great price

Got this for the sauna to use as a massage device, out of the box seemed to be of decent quality (though some chemical smell likely from the glue used). After only one week of sauna sessions, the bamboo reeds are breaking and fraying, could be a fire hazard when used in an electric heater sauna if a piece breaks into the heater unit. Maybe I got a defective unit, but for the price, should be able to get more than a week’s worth of use.

The bamboo massage broom feels amazing on sore muscles. It’s lightweight and provides a relaxing massage, perfect for post-workout recovery or daily relaxation.

I know it's supposed to be a massage broom, but I rap a rubber band around the end of the bristles and use it for Pai Da Gong. This is "body tapping", or a practice that energizes the body and tones the muscles. Pai Da Gong "tools" are hard to find and expensive when you find them. This has worked well.

Item broke after a few uses

I did not buy this for therapeutics. I bought it for agitation purposes and it works great for my needs.
