No noticeable effects
I haven't had any noticeable effects from these. That isn't to say other's wont but I am quite sensitive to supplements and meds. I have given it 3 stars because I trust the quality and the brand of Doctors Best. I've used other supplements of theirs that have categorically worked. Try them is my opinion but don't expect miracles.

Quercetin
I don’t know whether they work or not, but along with D3, elemental zinc, vitamin c and magnesium, I haven’t seemingly had the dreaded lurgy, so they must be doing something! Following dr Zalenko’s protocol but couldn’t get his actual tablets, but have managed with amazon to do the same thing.

I like Doctors Best products because of the quality. This Quercetin also has bromelain which helps its absorption and effectiveness. I also like it because the daily dose of 500mg is split into two 250mg capsules, so I can take one am and the other pm

IT IS WORKING FOR ME.
I AM NOT A MEDIC BUT, I KNOW IF SOMETHING IS OF BENEFIT TO ME. I HAVE HAD COPD FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND TO BE HONEST I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN MY GP'S. A FEW WEEKS AGO A FRIEND OF MINE ASKED ME WHAT QUERCETIN WAS MADE FROM(I KNEW IT COULD BE MADE FROM APPLES). I STARTED LOOKING ON THE WEB AND FOUND A STUDY WHICH SAID THAT IT COULD POSSIBLY HELP IN REDUCING THE EFFECTS OF COPD. I HAVE BEEN TAKING DR'S BEST (IT CONTAINS THE MOST EFFECTIVE FORM OF QUERCETIN(DIHYDRIDE), FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKSAND MY BREATHING HAS DEFINITELY IMPROVED,MY MUCUS SEEMS LESS AND IS EASIER TO CLEAR. I WILL BE STICKING WITH DOCTOR'S BEST. I AM NOT IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO DOCTOR'S BEST OR ANY OTHER COMPANY.
