DO NOT BUY
If I could give it a 0 I would, don't bother buying it!! Bought the pack for my sons 1st birthday and when I've gone to blow the tyre balloons up the straw wouldn't go into the valve and when it did it ripped open the balloon rendering it useless.

Good quality and size
Good quality foil balloon so easy to blow up by mouth but could easily be used with helium. Perfect for my sons cars themed birthday party. Would be more than happy to recommend.

6 balloons of a 12 pack were unusable.
All 6 wheel Balloons were unusable as the valve was already sealed. The 6 checkered flag balloons were ok.

Poor quality
Buy cheap, lose a lot of the balloons. Four tyres and three checkered foils did not hold the air. All deflated with 20 mins of inflation.
