I have a problem of plantar fasciitis, heel spur, I m using this pad in my shoe for last 2 3 days , but surprisingly the pain and inflammation is releived.. So if you are looking for the same reasons must try it 👍

Temporary relief for heel pain
I have been suffering from pain in one of my heels. The heel cups are good only for the initial couple of days when I was able to walk quite comfortably. I fixed them on my regular home-wear flip flops. But relief offered is temporary. After that they don't seem to work.
