Comfortable, clear noise cancelling, crystal clear microphone headset
I have been using this headset for 3 weeks straight now, I wear them all day every day, the website says it's 24hour battery but I haven't had a chance to fully test it out that long. The Plantronics application tells me I get 22hour when it's fully charged. The micro phone is really clear, recipient on the other side of the call would not know I am walking front of a bus, near a construction site or on a train, the boomless microphone's noise cancellation and triangulation works.Other review says the headband lacks padding, it's not true, I have a fairly large head and do not feel the top of the band putting pressure in my head. The cups can put a bit of pressure on the skill around the ears on the first time but it passes after 2 days. The original case that comes with it is a fabric bag, to be honest, it only protects the headset from abrasion but will not protect it against impact. I purchased an OEM hardshell for it. Link to it is here:https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07MYSCYB8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1The headset is able to connect to TWO devices, the USB dongle is considered as one and bluetooth is considered as others. If the USB dongle is connected and lit up, that means it's connected, if you like two phones connected, then remove the USB dongle from the PC. The 3.5mm cord that comes with it provides decent power, there is no compromise with the audio level with cord, the cord is only for listening, the microphone will not work with the 3.5mm cord.Overall, super happy with these headsets. It's on the large side, construction is sturdy, the ANC will filter out white noise, it doesn't filter out everything so you still can hear car beeping at you or people talking next to you.

Pretty good for the price
Very good for music and noise cancelling works very well for the headphones; but when the room is noisy the other side of the call has trouble hearing me. They're way better than the SkullCandy Crusher 2, but for from perfect in that area. So far only the headsets with the extended mic seem to nail this, but i don't like how they look. So given they don't have the extending mic they're impressive for calls; probably the best you can get around this $200 price. They also has lots of smart features like auto-mute that work quite well, so they offer a bit more than the usual headset.

They are growing on me
For the price, you'd expect a perfect product, but sadly there are issues- Noise cancelling only works on bass sounds (which is true for all active noise cancellation, apparently). So it will get rid of the hum of air conditioning, but you'll still hear everyone talking around you. Passive noise cancellation is what stops you from hearing other people talking, and that means better padding than these headphones have.- The active sensors which determine whether you are wearing the headphones aren't reliable and have to be repeatedly reset. I've turned the feature off in the end, so the headphones always think they are being worn.- Clamping is quite hard and after hours of use, they start to feel uncomfortable.- There's no graphic equaliser.- You only get a soft case, so need to buy a hard one.- They don't seem to support aptx, which a lot of Android devices do support - this would increase the sound quality from the phone.- The PC USB dongle flashes continuously when listening music.Having said that, a bluetooth dongle is supplied for use with the PC and using it makes the sound much better than using the standard built in PC bluetooth. In fact, the sound when using the dongle is pretty amazing. Using the dongle also greatly improves the microphone performance over the standard bluetooth connection.UPDATEI've increased my rating of these headphones after switching from Google Play Music to Tidal (basic / non-FLAC subscription). On Android, the sound from Tidal using these headphones is really, really good. Even better than my Seinhessier bluetooth earphones which support aptx. Not sure why that is, as Google is supposed to be using the same codec and bit-rate as Tidal from the Googling I've done, so perhaps Tidal's rips are better? Regardless, the sound from these headphones is really, really good and I've heard things in music that I haven't heard before.

Great headphones for conference calls and music!
Although I primarily use these headphones for listening to music, it was critical that the sound and microphone quality were good enough for conference calls. These headphones do not disappoint. I spent a lot of time researching the top headphones for calls and most reviews were pointing to Sony or Bose. I bought a cheaper pair of Sennheiser headphones and they were terrible. Then I splurged on a set of Bose Soundlink II and was very disappointed with the microphone quality. I had to return them because my clients were complaining about the poor sound quality. Plantronics was never on my radar...but I'm super happy with these headphones. Maybe the sound quality (highs and lows) of these is not as good as the Bose, but I'll never notice. They sound awesome when listening to music and the microphone is top quality. Highly recommended!

Endlich ordentlich Bass!
Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Best overall headphones, extremely satisfied customer (After 2 years of use)
Update after 2 years ------Even after two years, these headphones are the best in the market even today. No further replacements to ear cups since the replacement. Still as comfortable as ever. I use these headphones for about 8 hours a day due to daily conference calls and media consumption. That means that these have gone through thousands of hours of use over the last two years. I've added photos after 2 years of use as reference but these do not take any damage. The sound is still excellent as ever and the mic is just fantastic. I know people that use airpods, airpod pros, Jabra 85H, Plantronics Voyager 5200, etc., but these are the BEST sounding headphones for the people on the other side of the call and yourself. With kids at home, these help cancel out noise for you if they are being loud and for the users on the other side. I find this is very important in this day and age. The headphones will NOT cancel out noise from your kids if they are screaming right next to you or in front of you. No headphones will do that. However, if they are screaming in the room next door or if they are relatively far away from you and you are not facing them, these will cancel them out. This also has a convenient MUTE button on the headphones so you can quickly toggle between mute and off mute. Another great feature these headphones have is the multi-device feature. I have these connected to my PC and phone so I can join by phone (excellent sound quality but less superior to directly connecting to the PC) if I want to walk around or I can connect to the PC if that is more convenient. I would say these are FAR better than the Jabra 85H and probably slightly inferior but more practical than the Bose 700s. In don't know if that can be said about build quality though since Bose 700s has not proven to withstand thousands of hours of use over 2 years at least for me.Update after 1 year -------These headphones are still one of the best in my opinion. I replaced the ear cups as one of them ripped (as I started using these while working out) but replacing them was easy and it cost about $25 on amazon. Recently, Bose 700s came out for $400 with better overall voice quality over mics (apparently) but these headphones are perfect for conference calls. If you want to sing into these mics, sure, maybe the BOSE are better. If you want to use these for phone calls and also use them for listening to music or videos, these are perfect, especially if you want to save a couple of hundred dollars over the BOSE 700s.I have been using these headphones for about 6 months now everyday for about 8 hours a day, A LOT for phone calls and also for listening to music. These are the best headphones I have ever owned.Pros:- The sound quality is superb. They sound great for listening to music and any type of media consumption.- The call quality on these are absolutely the best. I've used many headsets for phone calls as I am on the phone all day. These are great for being able to hear people on the other side (international calls included) as I can hear from both ears and the volume is loud. I can hear people on the other side while others struggle to hear them during conference calls.- The mic on these are the best in the business as well. If you are listening to music on speakers on high volume, the person on the other end of the call will either barely hear it or can't hear it all. I work from home and my kids are playing in the next room but no one can ever tell that I work from home. In fact, people always compliment how clear they can hear me. I can also use these to join calls while I bike outside and they can't even tell that I'm on the go. They also can hear me fine even if I am at a Starbucks on a busy day. These cut out the background noise and make my voice very clear so never had anyone complain even in such scenarios.- The bluetooth connectivity is great. When I turn on the headphones, it instantly connects to my phone and PC.- These headphones are SUPER comfortable. I wear them 8 hours a day and no issues whatsoever. These are the most comfortable headphones I have worn. Sure, Bose headphones are comfortable too but they are not cut out for phone calls or voip.- Battery life is incredible. Never had issues going a full day or 2 without charging. Again, I am on a call all day so battery does drain overtime. This isn't the case if I'm just listening to something.- A lot of options and customization. You can choose what happens when you take the headphones on, put them on, how mute reminders work, etc., They've also fixed android PLT hub compatibility so no more complaints there.- Comes with the USB dongle. I use this on my work PC for calls, my personal PC for media consumption and my PS4 when I play games. Just plug and play.Cons:- Not a big deal but noise cancelling isn't the best out there. It's good overall I think but it won't erase your kids crying in the other room.- Micro usb instead of USB-C for charging.- Rarely but sometimes struggles switching between PC and phone. In such occasions, I need to restart the headphones when this happens. For anyone that are on calls all the time but also wants to have high quality headphones that can be used for media consumption, look no further. The quality gets better with every firmware update too. Best purchase I have made this year.
