I bought these gummies to get some glutathione in. My digestion is not the best one so I do better on gummies than pills. I love these gummies, tasty, easy to take, I am almost done with the bottle. I like this company, the prices are good, affordable and good quality

When you can’t reach your fingers into the jar anymore you have to use some sort of tool to get to the gummies because they all stick together even when kept in cool temps.

I have been a proponent of taking glutathione to reduce oxidative stress for years, however, glutathione is one of those elements that rarely survive the digestive system which is why I had been taking a special liquid liposomal version. I thought I would experiment with other means of taking it to see how much is actually lost in the digestive system given the large doses that the pills and gummies give you to begin with. Experiment results to follow. As a starter, these do not taste bad and in comparison to liquid glutathione is a great improvement (liquid glutathione smells like sulfur and tastes slightly like rotten eggs). The requirement of 2 gummies a day is easy to take and gives you 500mg. Again, this will be a case of determining if enough actually survive the digestive system to even make it worthwhile.

I actually liked the taste and I could make out the unique glutathione taste so I know it's in there. My only complaint and why I deducted stars is because it uses glucose syrup which is terrible for your teeth and health. I developed a cavity while using this product and some other vitamin gummies. I had no idea how high the sugar content was and how the gummy makes the sugar stick to your teeth. I had to stop chewing them, and had to cut them up and swallow them. Now that I'm doing keto, I cannot use them. I would recommend them if you do not chew them because I know they have glutathione, I could taste it. But unfortunately, in order to cover the taste, they use a lot of sugar, so be aware of that. It's basically candy.

I've only been taking these for about a week, so I've not a clue if they are doing me any good. I did notice that I was constipated for 4 days after I started, but that's cleared up. I drink water all day long as I carry my water bottle into every room with me, so I shouldn't be constipated. The smell & taste is that of an old skunk spray on a building! We live on an old farm with lots of old outbuildings that the skunks have inhabited over the years. They leave behind their lovely odor. These gummies remind me of this smell every time I open the bottle, and as I eat them. YUCK!

So this comes in a box and inside the box comes the bottle with a safety seal under the lid but no plastic on the outside of the lid. THe gummies are blue and just so so. i am not a super fan of the flavor and maybe they should have gone with strawberry instead. THe supply is a 45 day supply of 2 gummies a day. WHich the amount of glutathione in here is stellar in my opinion as i tried another gummy with glutathione only as well but they only had about 150mg which is not enough to see effect. Glutathione for skin tone evening i read needs about 6 weeks to see an improvement and about 500mg according to the internet.
