BRILLIANT! I got this to keep an eye on my 1yr old and 13wk old dogs! It is VERY easy to set up and VERY straightforward instructions to install and use the app (I am not gifted in the technology department so am speaking from basic ability level).I've included a night time picture (the room is pitch black).You can't zoom but you can make the page bigger (but then you lose some of the content of the shot).Effective, if not confusing for the dogs, when you talk through it.Would thoroughly recommend for use with dogs or children (going to be useful for dishing out real time instructions to mine when they get in from school!)Just needs a usb style plug And, depending on how high up you need it from the plug socket, an extension lead. Memory card if you want to store video recording.Fantastic product all round!

Ok, first the good parts.The camera is certainly well built and gives a really good quality of video. You can connect to it directly via an app available on Android, iOS and Windows Desktop. To set the camera up, however, it would appear you can only do so using the Android/iOS app. The infrared quality is as good as daytime colour and the whole system takes only a couple of minutes to setup.*Good Points:*- Well packaged.- Quick to setup.- Easy to install.- Simple instructions.- Runs on most devices.- You can hear when it switches between night vision and regular day-time vision as it makes an audible "click" sound when switching. Personally I find it a bit annoying, but it could be seen as a positive.- Once setup, you can access the camera(s) from just about anywhere, as long as you have them connected to a router (over wifi).- The camera body design looks great.- The apps let you rename and manage multiple cameras and set multiple locations for them. Whether they are in the same building or completely different geographic regions, as long as there is an internet connection it works very well.*Unfortunately, there are a few things that let it down, namely:*- The windows app is only 4MB, less space than a lot of pictures these days, yet to download it from the clever dog servers takes around 20 mins! Sure, it's coming from China, but that's not a valid excuse for such slow speeds in this day and age.- The power supply sticking out from one side detracts from the overall aesthetics of the product. The image you see in the listing reels you in, but when you look at some of the photos uploaded by other reviewers you quickly see that power was a bit of an afterthought in the design process.- As you might have noticed, you can only use the camera through a smartphone or tablet. Or rather, you won't be able to use it until you have access to one to set it up.- The mounts are pretty flimsy. They work just fine, but aren't the easiest of things to work with. I snapped one and threw the other away and I'm not a particularly ham-fisted by any means.- You WILL need a MicroSD card if you want to capture images or video. The apps will let you take snapshots of a live feed, but that's about it. The MicroSD card lets the camera record upon movement (or continuously if you prefer) and then the app lets you cycle through a timeline of whatever the camera has captured, which is actually pretty handy.*Ways the product could be improved*- Move the power cable to the rear of the camera- Provide a CDN for software downloads local to your target customers i.e. Europe and North America

This is a great camera for seeing what’s going on in your home when you’re not there - be it watching a dog, an elderly person, a baby, or intruders. It is small and neat, which is what I like best about it, and it has a brilliant picture when viewed from my phone (see my pics below).Eager to try it out, I connected it with a friend's wifi whilst visiting, which is where I took the photos. However, due to family circumstance which suddenly took me away from home (and from the camera) I have not, yet, been able to set it up in my own home, and to use it for any length of time, so I will edit this review in due course.The instructions are in extremely small print, and set up was a bit fiddly, but the picture quality (when you get there) is excellent. It does what it says it does. I got it to see what my dog does when I’m out. With its fish-eye view of a full room (without rotation), this camera is quite different from my other two cameras, which rotate and scan the room (horizontally and vertically). I’m not sure which type I like best, but I think anyone purchasing this camera will be very pleased with it.
