Ok, so I suffer from two chronic pain conditions Fibromyalgia and Endometriosis and previously used a well known brand found in most chemists that don't ‘cura’. I use these on stomach and back to allow me to be somewhat mobile during a pain flare. Wearing micro animals front and back looked hilarious but didn’t have much pain relief effect for any amount of time.. carrying a hot water bottle was heavy, awkward and a nightmare to keep in place and then came the ‘cura’ that barely heated and fell off due to lack of adhesive. I tried the skin ones and nearly passed out in pain trying to remove these, jeez leave me some skin.Then after some research I discovered these.. and though I’d give them a whirl..Well let me say if you suffer with any of my conditions or similar and live in pain and hit a flare.. these bad boys are for you. I have been flaring something shocking due to lack of medical treatment and a pandemic (the lack of medical treatment isn’t because of the pandemic.. just doctors uneducated in endometriosis)Stuck two of these on front and back and finally had some mobile relief.. “did exactly what it says on the packet” it was that effective that my poor husband.. immediately purchased 40 of these.. because watching me writhe in pain is not on his top 10. I thinks it’s so I stop moaning, but that’s beside the point. They work better than that other brand.. they stick better than that other brand and they don’t burn but do get warm enough to help me move about and do stuff. I don’t really want to be doing the housework, but at least I can with these beauts.If I could get 365 at an amazing price I’d be happy as a pig in 💩. Being in constant pain isn’t fun, and living on painkillers isn’t what I want so happy medium for me.Look they heat, they keep you warm, they help period pain, back pain, endometriosis pain, shoulder pain.. A-Z of pains, just stick and go. Discreet for work or socially distant outings or even dates 😉. Keeps your life going when your pain doesn’t want you too..Also great for camping I hear and winter ❄️I believe in only ever writing a review if I believe in the product and I do!

Solid heat and long lasting

Got this for my 89-year-old mum who has a frozen shoulder. She said it moved around on her night clothes so wasn't as effective as if she'd stuck it directly on her skin.
