I think this is good stuff. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks and I'm doing well. Horrible arthritis in the shoulder for 4 years that is getting better and I never thought it would. I have been doing yoga, bikhram on and off for a year, which has made huge difference, I've had to be patient and its taken quite awhile to get a range of movement back, but I'm really pleased with my progress. the bikhram yoga has been amazing in helping me get mobility back and I am pain free a lot of the time too!!! amazing. I think the boron will help, also I've been taking B3 and Tumeric. after years of pain and not even being able to get a top or jacket on without awful pain, Im getting better. I've given it 4 starts because it comes in a plastic bottle, which I really do not like.

I did not realize this product comes in a PLASTIC BOTTLE. I am going to try to return it. There really is no safe plastic for food. Also, how much does boron react with plastic.
