I have been in the supplement business for years, and Saffron is not new to me. A good quality Saffron product can have a fantastic effect on the body. It is a powerful antioxidant. It can help fight depression and anxiety. It can help with PMS symptoms. It can also help (to a lesser extent) with ED. I use saffron for its mood-enhancing qualities. This particular product works very quickly to help my mood. I take it at night to stop the mind from racing and to aid relaxation. It helps calm the body and so aids in a night of restful sleep. I am more than impressed by this product.This product works very quickly and I am very impressed by its mood-enhancing properties. Recommended.

Saffron is an interesting supplement, and I recommend that you do your research to see if this product is right for your needs. I believe this is an effective supplement, and given what people use it for, I would say it's especially important to check it's right for you.I have read reviews (I tend to start in places like WebMD etc) for depression. Cravings. Sleep. Not everyone says it works, but there are quite a lot of startling reviews. (This is Saffron in general, not this specific brand).At very least, research Saffron.I can't speak to the efficacy of this supplement - the recommended dose for the UK/EU seems quite low as well. Tiny capsules, really easy to swallow. I've had good results in the past taking saffron for weight management and reducing inflammation and these seem to be helping already with inflammation - tennis elbow hasn't bothered me. Swanson supplements are well manufactured to high standards and a brand I trust to deliver effective supplements.

The capsules are small in size and easy enough to swallow. It is made out of gelatine so won’t be suitable for vegetarians or vegans. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at under £20 and with 15 mg in each one capsule serving. You get a decent expiry date of over 2 years so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider if you don’t mind the gelatine.
