selma Fid Set

Bought as a second set for home as I already had one set on the boat. Initially sent the set of 4 by mistake but immediately rectified by the seller with no problems at all. Now splicing a lot of ropes to replace running rigging

all the way up to 12m unlike the other kits

I've never had a set of Fids before - always relying on tape & a piece of wooden dowel.These make splicing so easy!Not cheap - but if you have to splice ropes, good value!

They are nice and shiny making it easy to push rope through when splicing!

Perfect for sailing ropes

Great for splicing twisted and braided ropes and cords, well made and solid. A good selection of sizes and a useful tube with instructions to store it all in.

Work well and arrived within a few days

Delivery was excellent and this is top quality equipment, it should last forever. I'm new to this splicing 'game' and found these easy to use.
