Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is my first heating pad. I purchased multiple heating pads because I did not think they were working. However, when I used my meat thermometer to test the heating pad, it reached over 150 degrees F on the highest setting – see photo for proof. It gets to 140 degrees within 5 minutes.Turns out heating pad temperatures feel very different than air or hot tub temperature. When it is 100 degrees F outside that is really hot! If the water in a hot tub is around 102 degrees F it is hard to stay in for more than 15 minutes or so. But it is strange to me that a 150 degree heating pad placed right next to my skin is warm but comfortable.Size:Good size to wrap around my gut.Softness:This heating pad is very comfortable.Heat level:150 degrees F when on highest setting.

I placed a lot of strain on my back in the past couple weeks, and this pad was recommended to me by my sister. Since topical applications were not doing much, I took a chance, and very glad that I did.The features like auto-shut-off and overall functionality are a plus, and it does not take long to feel the relief.Some say it is expensive but so is lost time!Have not tried all of the heat levels and will adjust as I am getting back to normal.I highly recommend this pad!

Love this product , but I think I overused it. I’ve had two replacements to date . Turns out you are not supposed to lean against it while in use. I have been doing that every day and eve. Customer service was a dream to work with and is replacing it as a courtesy. I will now be more careful.

Mine worked from November 2024 to April 2025. Worked fine while it worked but wasn't any better than a regular heating pad. It's heavier than a standard heating pad but the heat is the same, as far as I can tell... I talked to their customer service and they were very helpful in that they are sending me a replacement. They said not to lean or lay on it as that can cause it to fail! I was using it on the couch and leaning on it on back some times and on my leg other times so I guess that caused it to fail? That's what they said. Anyways, they're replacing it as a courtesy though they did emphasize I voided the warranty by leaning on it.

Purchased this in June 2024 and if officially stopped working on November 10, 2024. It did work well when it worked. It heated up fast and the heat was consistent. It stopped working without warning. I became aware of an odor like an electrical wires burning and noticed the light was flashing red but when the off button was pushed it continued to flash. I unplugged it for a while, plugged it back in later, it worked for a while and then repeated shutting off. Did this a couple of times and then trashed it. PLUS: I did not feel any advantage of this product over a regular heating pad.The store states this: Far infrared heat therapy temporarily relieves chronic pain, inflammation, menstrual cramps, minor muscle and joint pain, stiffness, arthritis pain, muscle spasms, and provides exceptional back pain relief.Nope! All I felt was heat.This last 5 months and I have a heating pad that I have had for 3 years that still works fine. The draw to this product was the Far Infrared feature. My advice if you are thinking about purchasing this-SAVE YOUR MONEY!

This is by far the best heating pad I’ve ever had. I was looking for a higher quality one due to a back injury and this one fits the bill! It’s a really nice size (even though this is the smaller of the two options). The heat is even and has four heat intensity options. My favorite feature is the really soft cover and the fact that the heating pad stays in place within the cover (i.e. it’s not sliding around in the cover finding over itself). While this is a bit more expensive than your pharmacy heating pad, it’s well worth it. It’ll last a long time and is very high quality.

I bought this to replace a much costlier UTK far infrared heating pad. I love that it is washable, is soft, and is a generous size. It also has a nice weight to it. Compared to my UTK, it was an excellent value and a much superior design.

Great for sore muscles or just to relax.
