This was a pretty challenging thing to put together for someone with larger fingers, however it is still possible if you are patient. They also provide a tool to help with the singleton pieces as needed.I was worried when finishing the first lower level the large piece wasn't going to settle in. It caused a few issues. I ended up just putting a small but weighted item on it for a couple days and it worked fine afterwards. I'm not sure if it was because an item below wasn't fully settled or something with the part ... but regardless that was the fix for me.Everything else was great until I got close to finishing the 3rd level. I thought I was going to be short several pieces. Almost like a bag was missing.I reached out to the vendor with my concerns and they were quick to respond and offer a very reasonable resolution. However, I realized I was the one in error and let them know that no action was needed.That is a rarity in today's world a vendor responding quickly and reasonably. I hope they plan to make more micro lego buildings in the future. I have another to do, and plan to buy more if more are released.I would recommend this for teens and up ... but if you have a cat(and dog too), make sure you do it in a room that is isolated from them. Not only will they probably play with the pieces, but could possibly eat them, which wouldn't be good for their GI track.Anyway, I highly recommend!

These pieces are very small and I am very old; which is why I bought this kit. Putting it together was a great form of physical therapy helping to keep up my fine motor skills. The kit itself is great. The instructions are clear and numerous. They obviously took inspiration from Lego manuals. Lots of extra parts so don't worry too much when you lose one. The corner decorations are hanging out in space unsecured so I used some white glue to hold them. Other than that it is a very secure and solid kit. The light are a string of fairy lights purchased separately and the build modified slightly to accommodate.

This went together well. Instruction booklet has fairly good contrast in diagrams, and has a piece count for each step. There are a couple of places where two layers have to be assembled at once and are a bit tricky. But patience and attention to detail will get you through. Hint: assemble the decorative tips, and then set them aside to add back at the end. Otherwise you will struggle not to knock them off as you build. But this strategy is simple to do. Lots of extra pieces.BEWARE: Pieces are packaged in random mixed batches. You will probably want to do some serious sorting of the pieces before you begin.

I am reviewing Kit MG1269, since this page sells four different kits and the reviews are all mixed together.This kit was a fun build but not as complicated “NanoBlock”. The structure is completely symmetrical, so build one quadrant, then do the mirror image on the apposite side, then flip it over and do a mirror of quad 1 & 2.Before I carry on with my experience I want to correct three reviews on this sellers page.#1 Chris S. said that the bags were not numbered. This is incorrect, the two photos attached illustrate that the bags are numbered, however apart from the illustration the guidance is in Chinese. If you are marketing in an English speaking country it would be good to present instructions and labeling in that language.#2 Sarah (5 Star) said that the “Pieces are packaged in random mixed batches.” This is wrong, each bag is labeled in succession and contains all the pieces for the next build plus approximately one extra per size and color. I’m not completely finished with my kit so I’ll update if I see anything different.#3 “Person wh buys stuff sometimes” said MG1269 was missing yellow and white pieces. The yellow and white pieces issue belongs to MG1277 and I haven’t built that one so can’t say. There are no yellow pieces in MG1269.#4 Edwin Tabarez said missing many parts but is reviewing MG1277 not MG1269. Maybe!!When I opened my kit one of the bags was improperly sealed so I had little tiny pieces floating around in the box. Hope none fell out. The pieces are nice and tight and well aligned unlike other none “NanoBlock” kits I have built. This company has mastered the size and shape of the original “NanoBlock”. As mentioned above this is the first kit that I’ve built that has numbered parts bags, which is very helpful and keeps me from having to sort four thousand parts right from the beginning. Also I’m thinking that there was probably good information in the Chinese instructions but I don’t read Chinese.

This set is pretty nice set, but definitely not for the novice. This set will keep you busy for quite some time! I'm 74 and I consider myself pretty good at engineering and this is not my first brick set. With that being said I thought this is a pretty challenging set. At the end of the build, there were so many pieces left that I thought that I had forgot something. I didn't forget anything. I guess when packaging the kit they just through a hand full of extra bricks. Better to have extra bricks then to run short. All in all, very happy with the finished product.
