This is a fantastic book which covers all the essentials for the practising TA therapist. It was a breath of fresh air the first time I read it; concise and to the point providing a wealth of information in easy to read bitesize bits, no waffle. I recently re-read this before seeing a new client and found it to be of great use and great comfort, refreshing my memory and reassuring me. Highly recommended!

This book is very informative and will be very helpful in my work as a counselor. Many good tips and sound advice. I have worked with Transactional Analysis for some time but this book goes deeper than most.

As a student it's sometimes hard getting through the vast array of books. But this book is an easy read with none of the jargon. Mark Widdowson's writing is on a real life level with no academic blah blah blah . 5*

Excellent reference book for the TA student. Was an invaluable aid when studying for my Masters Degree. However it is worth noting this nook is best suited for someone with a basic knowledge of either TA or the counselling process. An absolute novice may be better reading TA Today

Took me a while to read, due to reading many other texts at the same time, and this is definitely a dipper book. I have learned a lot from it and it has reminded me to go back to recording my sessionss

Each Part from 1 to 7 gives necessary guidelines for practitioners of TA. Very useful professional book.

Unlike other TA books which are either popularizations without much depth or else heavily theoretical texts with the whole history and depth, this book is focused on clinical practice issues. For someone who knows little of TA, this is too heavy. For the lay person I still recommend the classic but still excellent, Born To Win. But for the practicing clinician, 100 Key Points... provides reminders and updates that contribute to successful application of TA to clients.
