Fun floating flipper fins that fit fine and feel fantastic!
My feet are sized US 9.5 std width, but I always buy size 10 shoes(men's). These size Large fins fit perfect...not too tight not too loose, easy to put on, and have a silky feel about them thanks to the silicone material. They work great for all swim strokes. Easy to do flip turns. I can walk around with them on just fine. I use them for lap swimming, but would definitely use them in the ocean for body surfing or with a boogie board. I love them! Great product and good color selection.

If Crocs Made Swim Fins They Would Make These
I started doing laps 4 or 5 days a week and for the first few weeks it was brutal. My form was so bad I was just kind of thrashing around feeling as if I was going nowhere and my breathing was completely screwed up - basically I had forgotten everything from high school swim team.I started losing interest...After reading a lot about lap swimming and watching a few videos I decided I would try fins.I'm 5' 9" 135 pounds and usually wear a 9 or 9 1/2 shoe (depending on brand). The L size of these fins fit me perfectly. I put them on, stood up, walked about five feet and thought, "Yep, these are my fins now".In the pool they aren't the fastest fins in the world, actually far from it, they're only 12 inches from heel to toe, which is very short for "short" fins. But, speed isn't everything. What they do is give you just enough of a push to give you some momentum so you can work on your stroke. They also make you keep you ass up and your chest down in the water so you swim much faster due to less drag. They are insanely comfortable, the colors are nice (I got the green) and the price is right. If you are a beginner or want short fins that won't let you cheat too much when doing laps these are it.One word of caution - DO NOT WALK ON WET TILE WEARING THESE FINS. Their grip is terrible and unless you are an expert in wearing fins on land you're going to trip and on tiles around a pool it's going to hurt.Highly recommended. even for experienced swimmers who don't need the speed of longer fins.p.s. When you first get them they have an aroma - it's kind of like old school perfume that your grand mother or old aunt would wear and it's quite nice : )

Great Alernative to FINIS Zoomers Gold Swim Fins
Bought these and the FINIS Zoomers Golds swim fins to compare, and ended up returning the FINIS. These are short blade fins for lap swimmers or swim teams ideal for freestyle and backstroke. The Capas are significantly cheaper than the FINIS even on sale and come in an array of colors instead of just gold. The heel cup material on the Capas is a harder rubber than the FINIS, but I found that helped with a more secure fit. Other swimmers swear that the FINIS heal cup is far more comfortable and forgiving while in use; however I didn't notice much difference. The blade material on the Capas is much softer than the FINIS. The fin length is about the same on both and while the overall profile is similar, the blade shape and bottom tread are completely different. During both front and back kick drills I really didn't notice a huge difference between the two styles so opted to keep the cheaper Capas and return the more expensive FINIS.

Great Fit and Feel
I swim for exercise twice a week usually, doing the crawl mainly for 1.0 miles on each outing. I had not tried using flippers for a long time, but recalled that I didn't like them very much. The CAPS flippers were a wonderful surprise - perfect fit (I wear size 8 1/2 shoes) and super comfortable. Compared to swimming without fins, the CAPS put a slightly different pressure on my legs and even upper body, so that I get a more well-rounded exercise.

Perfecto
For pool swimming these are comfortable, no spots that rub. My swim is so much more fun going so fast , and my leg muscles get much more of a work out. Fit in my swim bag.

Swim fins: quality & usefulness
I would not wear them for an extended time the first few times to prevent possibility of blisters at skin contact sites. This did not happen with me, however I only wore them about 20 - 45 minutes the first few times. Overall, they have met my expectations and have assisted in improving my pool workouts.
