We recommend applying Fusion Fluid to dry skin, half an hour before sun exposure, and reapplying every 2 hours. Repeat application after sweating, swimming, or drying with a towel. Kind regards!

I put it on every morning with my makeup which is 30mins before going under the sun most of the time.
