Can it work with LED bulb? how is the rating?

It can work with10 LED bulbs/lights with rating is 200W total (Max.). For Incandescent and Halogen Light, it can support u to 2000W. And, Max 600W for Fluorescent Light.Max. Halogen: 2000W

Anybody know the wattage / current draw of the PIR itself?

It can work with10 LED bulbs/lights in parallel connection with totoal rating up to 200W (Max.). It can also support different lights : Incandescent Light (up to 2000W). ; Halogen Light (up to 2000W) ; Fluorescent Light (up to 600W).

What diamater cutout should I cut for this?

The diameter cutout is around 65mm. It is simply to use 65mm holesaw cutter.

I bought this and it worked fine for a few days but now it comes on randomly when there’s no movement. Any ideas why?

The occupancy sensor is based on infra-red detection to switch on the light/lamp. If the light bulb (heat source which the light bulb will generate heat when it is "ON") close to the occupancy sensor, it may be false triggered by high temperature from this light bulb properly. Keep the occupancy sensor a distance away from the light bulb may eliminate the false triggered.
