I got a small pillow for my work mate. A funny gift. I orded it and like a wolly I put in the wrong adress. As soon as I realised I messaged them. Within 12 hours they messaged me back. Updated the adress there side. But then amazon had a brain fart and said it was delivered to the wrong address. I messaged them asking why as they said it was changed on there side. But they assured me it was a system error. I did not reply (busy single mum like lol!) but then they messaged me again with new tracking info saying it will be delivered today. And when I got home from work that night it was there waiting for me! Just amazing team. And amazing quality!! It's just how I pictured it and its so soft and well made. It is a great idea for a funny silly present. And I will be buying from them again. Go buy now! Haha!

Quality of the stitching is poor, misshapen pillow as a result. probably won’t last long before it comes undone. Image quality not great. I understand sometimes that happens with printing, but other personalised image items Iv brought from different sellers contact is always made it it’s going to not be a decent quality print. Overall for the price paid I’m rather disappointed. Would not recommend or use again that’s for sure

Price slightly high but for present well worth it. 2 sided pillow chosen, photo of NOW & THEN used much to 20 year old sons disgust!! Makes me laugh tho, well worth price.
