Great grow bag arrived quickly with minimal packaging
One of the things that annoys me about buying things on line is the excess packaging that you get when the item arrives. We have all probably experienced receiving a small bottle for example that is covered with bubble wrap and then put in a large cardboard box that is stuffed with paper and then sealed with what looks like a whole real of tape. The senders of this Scotts Miracle-Gro Levington Tomorite Giant Planter with Seaweed have the best approach. They merely stuck an address label on the outside of the bag and it was delivered to my front door with the minimum of fuss and absolutely no excess packaging. They should be applauded for this. The plastic of the bag is, of course, sufficiently tough to withstand the growth of several tomato plants and can easily cope with the trails and tribulations of surviving the package delivery system.I did an experiment too with this product and another grow bag (I needed two for my greenhouse). I ordered them both on the same day and this one arrived promptly the following day, the other took three days and, yes, you've guessed it, was covered in excess packaging.Quick slit to open the bag and the rich dark compost looks and smells the part. Not to say it is an unpleasant smell and I'm sure I could feel my tomato plants twitch with the excitement of being fed by this luscious loam. The manufacturers helpfully show you where to cut out holes for your plants, they even have a diagram with a pair of scissors in case you are unsure. After a few days my tomatoes are smiling at me and have thanked me for my choice of nourishment.Five stars for minimal packaging, prompt deliver and making my tomatoes happy.

Mess free & quite easy to use.
First time I've used grow bag for my tomatoes, peppers & chillies. Relatively mess free as the soil stays within the bag. They don't need extra tomato feed as it's contained within the soil. My only concern has been with the watering. Even though you put hole at a certain level of the bag for overflow, I was always unsure if the plant had been over watered, because unlike the containers I usually use, I can't see the soil in the grow bag to see if I've over watered or not. I may just have to use them one or two more times to get a grip of a grow bag.

My tomato plants are thriving in this
Arrived quickly. It has three handy outlines in the plastic for cutting out and putting plants in. I planted six six-inch tomato plants in it in late May in a semi-shaded spot. It's now 8 July and they are now about three feet tall and flowering despite the cool, rainy weather throughout June - so it's obviously good stuff.

But pricey but worth it.
Big, just the job. Have three large tomato plants in it, all doing very well. Put several drainage holes in the bottom - there are some at the side but I wanted to make sure water could drain away underneath. Bit pricey, not as much as some, but couldn't get one from DIY garden centre during pandemic, (grobags were like hens teeth!) so worth it.

Not what I expected
Having never used these before I was surprised When I opened the growbags the soil was solid and pitch black and very lumpy I’m just hoping my toms and beans will survive watch this space
