It's a beautiful piece and I get a lot of comments when I wear it. I broke the cord as I didn't read the instructions and didn't realize there's a release to get it to slide. Emailed Montana Silversmiths and they're sending a new cord and new tips at no cost even though I told them this was totally my fault and offered to pay. Montana Silversmiths customer service has been great to work with.
