Is it suitable for the teeth which don't have big gaps?

Yes totally suitable to close teeth. Doesn't Doesn't last long though. Soon failed

Does it come with extra heads?

were can i get more heads when i run out

How long have you had yours working? (i'm worried it might not last more than 6 months, because not well-built?)

Had no problems with anything else but the battery is not very good at all you have to keep it on charge all the time and it only works for three or four minutes!

Can you buy replacement tips

I am pretty sure you can as the tip is detachable. I am not sure where though.
