First time I ordered the product I received was superb. The pecans looked just like in the photo and were really sweet and tasty. Two months later I ordered again, the quality is gone. Definitely not from the same batch. Tasteless, bad looking, small, etc, etc. The taste is more like that of walnuts, which is not what I was after. Not a good experience given that I bought 1Kg (I don't think I can finish them....).

Ordered these a few times and never had a problem ...but this time they taste stale ! Not very happy since I had to open it to know quality had dropped ! Taste horrible wont be buying again !

I have bought these several times before over the last couple of years and they were superb, but this time, as soon as I opened them, they were already stale (the eat by date is December 2021) and they even smell stale as soon as you open the packet. As I ordered a kilo and have a rule of not throwing food put, I am struggling to finish them.Since I just clicked the re-order button, I did not bother to read recent reviews which all say the same thing, that the quality has plummeted.I absolutely agree.DO NOT buy this brand.

Recommend. I've searched extensively and this is the best priced, best quality product available in the UK. The nuts are always fresh and they are despatched quickly. My minor gripe is that I buy these nuts regularly and would prefer to buy in larger quantities but I guess they know their market.I was a bit shocked to find the price had gone up £5 (!) a kilo since I last bought them a few weeks ago but they are still the best value and I presume some market factors had caused this massive price hike.

Overall, these are good value-for-money pecan nuts: whole unbroken pieces, and plenty in the bag. I'd recommend, however, that you roast them first before eating, as roasting really brings out their delectable sweetness. Unroasted, they taste much staler.

Have ordered these several times and as others have reported, the quality varies. I don't mind some being smaller but the batch I just received were shrivelled and black, like mould. Chucked them all in the bin. I Will not be buying from here again.

I'm annoyed because i cannot return this item, so i bought an item only to be throwing them away. They have no crunch to them. I regularly buy nuts and these nuts are not satisfactory. Highly disappointed they can't be returned! Feel cheated!

NOT GOOD VALUE for money!To begin with, the packaging differs from what is displayed in the actual advert, hence very misleading and you have to open the packet to actually see contents.Upon opening, the smell was that of 'stale ' nuts, which makes me wonder if the expiry date on packaging is genuine.The package contained more broken pecans than not. I would not recommend this item nor will I ever use this company again.If one compares this product with i.e. (Costco) Kirkland's pecans, Chandra's product fails miserably.
