Product Description
The Fallot Mustard Mill has been an independent, family-owned Burgundy company since 1840. While it has outstanding production facilities, it has also maintained the expertise of the artisan mustard maker: mustard seeds are stone ground, which preserves all the flavour of the paste.
Ingredients
Water, mustard seeds, sugar, spirit vinegar, honey (7.5%), salt, balsamic vinegar from Modena (3.2%), potassium metabisulphite, citric acid, spices.

Very nice mild mustard
Great flavour for a milder type of mustard. Sadly this particular type often seems to be unavailable. Certainly recommended though.

The flavour is just as good but even after stirring it remains the same consistency
I purchase this Mustard yearly as stocking fillers and it is always most appreciated unfortunately this year the 4 jars that i have purchased are very runny unlike other years...... The flavour is just as good but even after stirring it remains the same consistency, have even tried refrigeration but little improvement. Slightly disappointed with this product.

Best mustard around
This mustard is my husband and son's absolute favourite. When Waitrose stopped stocking it they were devastated so are thrilled it's available online. It has a real kick to it but is sweet and spicy at the same time. Delicious with anything.

BEST BEFORE DATE
So pleased to have received this mustard, we love it. However, best before date on all four jars is October 2020. We will never consume four jars by then!

This seems to have become difficult to find in supermarkets, so it is good to find it, and at a good price, on Amazon. It is a favourite of most of the family.
