I have a few different quest headstrap with a battery and some have broken and some batteries haven't lasted as long as the description, but this one is amazing lasts for over 4 hours on one charge way to assemble very comfortable and the infra red light beam works great in a very dark room excellent price for the product would have paid more as it is well worth the money so in theory you can get at least 6 hours of play it movies from the headstrap and quest battery combined

The strap feels comfortable, despite it being quite chunky it doesn’t affect how the quest feels to wear much at all. As for functionality, it has an infrared light for use in the dark and a pretty good sized battery.These are pretty useful and nifty to have but I wouldn’t say it’s necessary. I will however recommend these based on it’s functionality and comfort.

Ok, so, before I get to the obvious gameplay bonus time, comfort and just great functionality, I have to say what I personally see as one of the most important things about this item, “It looks so, so, cool”, I mean I just think this is an awesome looking headset addition, it just takes the look that bit further into the “Aesthetic” we all like, anyway.This adds a good amount of play time, realistically I think it adds about 4+1/4, to 4+3/4hrs of play time, every time. The battery easily snaps on and off, by way of a “Magnetic” connection(see vid).This has so many points of adjustment and connection, it is simply “a complexity made simple” I think.This offers a massive amount of “Head width” adjustability, by way of a very easy to use “Scroll wheel” on the back of the strap, and then the “padded”, top of head, strap, is put on using “Hook & Loop” at both ends, which again offers further opportunity to fine tune the fit, adding comfort to functionality, then you add what I think makes the most difference to me personally, and that is the “Rear” what I call “Hugger” section, made from a very comfortable, and head contour conforming “Rubber(ish)” material, it contours perfectly to the back of my head, and spreads the force, across a wider area, which for me personally makes it way more comfortable. The battery being on the back of the headband means that the rubber section helps spread the weight evenly across a wide section.Even just the fit, makes gameplay so much easier, I just feel , “supported”, nothing moving nothing shifting, which increases my confidence that I can react and act in a more physical manner, without worry of my headset coming off.This also adds a very useful “IR unit”(infrared), yet again adding to gameplay, because it means tracking is still accurate even in a dark room, and I think the coolest thing, is that they made it have “2 power settings”, one for smaller, and one for bigger rooms, which also means the power consumption is less when using the “Lower power option” as I do, meaning it lasts longer.So this does need to be “put together” but to be honest I didn't even need to look at the instructions, it was very self explanatory, and easy to do, na dance connected to the headset, it can just be left on, then swap out the battery to charge it.This is the best headset addition/upgrade, I’ve personally used, and I love the aesthetic, it’s very “Futuristic”, and zi think very cool too.Love this headset.

This head strap for the Oculus Quest 2 has a lot of extra power, which is really convenient for long play sessions.The foam strap and the soft plastic head rest at the back are very comfortable. With the easy to use tightening screw you can have your Quest 2 fit perfectly. I personally tighten it up quite tight as this stops any movement of the Quest 2 on your head and face. You can of course have this loose if you feel that to be more comfortable. The choice is yours.It's really easy to assemble. Just add the head rest to the back of the strap with the two catches, add the foam top strap to where the original Oculus 2 strap goes using the velcro and then slide the two arms onto your Quest 2's front arms. Like I said, it's really straight forward and easy.Plugging in the USB connections are very straight forward and intuitive and then you are ready to go.The IR light is very easy to use with a switch that allows for two levels of brightness. There's also visible light to show when this is active.I personally just leave the battery on charge when not in use, so I have a full battery when I wasn't to use it. The battery pops on and off magnetically, which is super convenient.

I had the oculus for a few months before I bought this. It was good for short term gameplay but after a few hours my neck would start to hurt a bit from the weight of the oculus pulling my head forward. The battery pack on the back being weighted the same as the front makes it so much comfier to wear for long term play. Without the pack connected I can stretch the battery life to last me about two and a half hours of consistent play. With it the oculus lasts me about 8 hours. The flashlight on the front allows me to play in a pitch black room. It doesn’t project much light and appears to the naked eye as a blue glow. But will light up my whole house at 3am like night vision while in pass through. The strap hugs my head a lot better than the og strap as well. Overall great product

This head strap/battery is really nice. Comfy, good reliable adjustment.Battery does infact last a long time. Typically I'll drain the headset some before using the battery so my headset can cycle its battery. The IR light is actually pretty decent. Granted your not gonna get insane night vision with it but it does work pretty well. The headset however doesn't like (I have the meta quest 2 btw) very dark areas but this it light does the job.One thing I do want to talk about is battery life. This thing does extend it by 2 hours easily. It really depends on what your doing but im certain depending on the app your using you can get even longer. This battery does have one advantage over alot of others that isn't really talked about. Fast charging. I'm pretty sure the battery supports this since it doesn't take too long to charge fully.It does balance the headset as well witch makes games that require alot of movement much more comfy to play without the headset feeling heavy or needing adjusted.

J'ai acheté se produit, je le trouvais utile, car la batterie est amovible, Nous pouvons donc jouer pendant que celle-çi se recharge.au bout d'une semaine, je ne voyais déjà plus l'icone du chargement en cours dans le casque quand la batterie était branché.Depuis la batterie charge une fois sur deux et se décharge rapidement.J'ai contacté le vendeur et j'attend un retour

LA correa se ajusta perfectamente a las gasfa VR Oculus II, y la bateria es facil de colocar y no pesa demasiado. Tienes q tener en cuenta q ahora las gafas pesan y ocupan un poco mas que on la anterior correa, pero es infinitamente mejor que la correa original q traen las gafas. Yo le doy un 8/10 poer el peso y q ocupan mas. Gracias
