I love this sofa but be aware that it is sent in 2 separate shipments. It is not marked that there are 2 shipments anywhere, and the tracking does not reflect 2 pkgs. Other than me thinking they sent the couch without seat cushions for 24 hours (they arrived the next day) I really love the couch. I couldn't even take off a star for my annoyance of thinking they left off the cushions!! This is softer than many of the "internet" sofas. It is not super firm , but also not " sink in" lovable. It just has a gentle softness. I like the soft chenille, and it took my husband and I only about 15 minutes to put it together (YES, half that time was trying to figure out where the missing cushions were.) But in the end, it is a deep seated and extra big sofa that is comfy enough for a nice nap or a long movie night. Don't hesitate to buy....just don't expect it to arrive in 1 package .

My couch broke within two weeks. My guests are sinking into the floor and the piece of wood holding the bottom together broke. Do not buy this couch. Also, it is difficult to return this couch back for a refund. Do. Not. Buy. This. Couch.

I love the look and design of the couch. Do I think it’ll last forever no is it beautiful for now, Absolutely! One thing that bothers me is the slight unevenness of the seat cushion. Wish that could be perfected but it’ll do

I ordered this Nov 30 and box 2/2 arrived 12/7. It was 649.99 plus 99.99 shipping. I contacted Amazon and got ahold of the company to ask when the other package would arrive with the rest of the couch. They responded promptly but package labeled “1/2” didn’t arrive until 12/12. The company kept in contact and offered $50 refund because of the delay of shipment. I’m waiting for the refund but will update if I ever receive it.Finally I got the couch together, and I'm very impressed. It is super soft, extremely easy to put together, and the seat cushions are very thick. All the cushions arrive shrink wrapped, but once opened they immediately puff up. Picture shows thickness of cushion. There is velcro on back so cushions down fall or slide. Also zipper located on side to remove and clean. I'm 9 months pregnant, and I put this together with my 5 year old. It took us about 30 minutes. Only 2 pieces were actually labeled, but looking at the pictures you can figure it out pretty easily. Other than the delayed shipping this is the best couch for your money.December 23 update. The company asked me to “purchase” the couch again since I was refunded the first time but that they would not send another couch. I did this and they then sent me the $50 refund because of the delayed shipment. However, the company now charged my credit card again and Amazon cannot issue a refund for the unauthorized charge. I have to wait for the seller to review and give me a refund. Waiting for a refund as I was DOUBLE charged for this purchase.Update January 3: Company has been messaging me and very helpful figuring out why I was double charged. Amazon has not been helpful at all and unfortunately, it is unfair to this company as they have been trying to make things right. Company offered a refund as I am still battling with Amazon and credit card company regarding first charge that I was never reimbursed.

The actual size is 92 - 93 inch. False advertising.
