The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use good quality & also on voice recognition I can make videos & also set up favorite pictures on memory display perfect size not too big nor small I love it good for entertainment I can play music & it’s touch screen that’s a plus for me .

Come with SG 3 pins plug...
Received in good condition and well packed. Sound is great. It's a upgrade for me from show 5. Happy that it come with Singapore 3 pins plug. Thank you.

My first echo!
Great product... wonderful display. Processor can be improved, but at the sweet price point, it's definitely a nice photo frame for the family! Thanks Amazon!

Amazing but laggy
Great product and great potential of what we can do with this device. Only disappointment was the laggy processor; which detours the objective of being a seamless device

Exactly what i wanted..

Slow and laggy.
Was excited for this, due to ability to video call. But the amount of lag this device has is atrocious. Takes a beat to detect any inputs on display. Not to mention the weird bug where the Spotify display is stuck on a particular song, regardless of what song is playing.
