The media could not be loaded.  Distribuye súper bien el calor, lo que hace que no se peguen los alimentos y usar menos grasa. Se cocina parejo los alimentos; viene bien embalada y el material se ve resistente.Recomiendo lavar de una vez y sobre todo si queda algo de quemadura porque si se mancha fácil y es difícil de quitar la mancha.

Pan is very durable and strong, I have been using it for last 6 months daily and on different temperature, very nice product.

I bought this pan because my set I got (although doesn’t match exactly, still looks very similar) didn’t have a wider or flatter pan option, so when I found this one it was perfect because I wanted one to use for things like quesadillas, pancakes, grilled cheese, etc. and this really does make a difference using a flat pan like this compared to a regular one with the raised sides.. it’s so much easier to control and flip. And even melted cheese doesn’t stick!

I was worried it might be too thin but looks to work well so far. I took one star off because my husband said the handle was a little loose and when he tried to tighten it he said the screw was stripped. Oh, btw you have to put it together, I recall not even tightening it super tight so the screw must be defective.

It works great for the crepes/pancakes it's designed for, but it works easily as a steak, hamburger and salmon grill pan, omelet maker, tortilla warmer, and a great pan to get a sear on mushrooms. The handle can't be used in the oven but it's of a material that stays cool which is a plus. I find it to be light and balanced in the hand, attractive, and very easy to clean with a surface that's not toxic. I think it can go in the dishwasher but I just swish it out by hand as the food comes off so easily. I left the empty pan on an electric burner I didn't notice had been left on medium heat for almost an hour and no harm was done to the pan or the surfacing. (If you do that, just turn the burner off and let the pan cool slowly.)

This pan is awesome! It's non stick and makes a nice large crepe. The little wooden didn't work so well.
