Never realized citric acid was so wonderful. Used it to clean encrusted buildup in my water distiller. Four tablespoons in the 10L distiller container boiled for 30 minutes completely removes stuck on gunk. No scrubbing. Will investigate other uses.

I wish it came with a scoop to make it easier to get the acid or of the container. Also, wish there was a refill that came in plastic packages so the container could get refills.

This was kept unopened in my kitchen pantry until I needed it, which was about eight weeks after ordering it. When I opened it, I found that it was nearly rock solid. I had to stab it repeatedly to break it up just to get a cup’s worth out, and it was so difficult that I’ll have to toss the rest. The hard plastic container and relatively small opening makes it impossible to get in far enough to break up the citric acid beyond the very top. What little I could get out resulted in a horrible batch of bath bombs that turned out grainy and they barely fizz at all. This is hands down the worst citric acid I’ve ever used.

Good value.

It's expensive but versatile and can be used in so many things.

The container is horrid. It should be atleasted bagged. The lid doesn't even stay on. Discolored cap is a loose slip-on that is exposed to water... black dirt specs inside. Moisture will eventually clump it. Aside from using it to clean, I would not use it for cooking.

Product is great, problem is that the plastic handle broke.
