I have not installed this filter as I can not remove the filter canister. However, it does appear to be of the correct size and shape for a replacement.

At this point, I can really say much, it’s just a filer you know. But it’s currently being used here in Florida for my 4 month stay. The water taste just fine. Not being a scientist I can’t test the real results.

Slightly different size, did have some leaking. I've ordered this one before and it worked fine. Will be changing out the o ring, kinda old. Didn't have any problems with black water like some did.

As a previous "question/review" says... leaks because of gasket at top of filter is too thick, doesn't allow canister to seat fully."By James L Redding on May 2, 2020This filter is NOT compatible with HL-200 Hydro Life housing. It leaks past the gasket on top of the filter. The gasket probably sits too high and/or is made from material that is too hard to crush properly upon tightening the screw on top of the housing. Don't waste your money. There is a reason it's so much cheaper than the original Hydro Life filter! Removing the gasket does fix the leak but of course allows for water to bypass filter.CFS- if it's happening to TWO of us(2), then's it's an issue. Mr. Redding's explanation is EXACTLY correct although I'd say an EASY fix.1. Make the gasket a tiny bit thinner.2. Change the material so it "crushes" a bit more. Probably the best and cheapest.COME ON! Neither I, Mr. Redding, nor Amazon wants us going thru a return. Reply and provide a fix please?

Won't buy again. Filter made in China and not the same quality of construction as real C-2063 made in USA.

Took a lil bit for the carbon to clear out of my water lines in a 41' travel trailer. But so far, worth the money.
