Had a different model of Co detector for 8 years and needed a new one, so chose this make.Comes with batteries so that’s good.Take care putting batteries in as they close down springs on the opening which need to go down to get rear plate on.But item seems sturdy and goes through a self test which is quick and simple. Comes with clear instructions and screw fixings to attach to walk.Follow instructions as to where you can and can’t fix this sensor in a room where fuel is being burned, like log burners. These Co sensors are a must to keep you safe as fumes can kill you if you don’t know they are in the room.

Easy to set up, giving confidence to know we are safe.

I bought this detector for my elderly mother. It was simple to put the batteries in and test. It can be used free standing. My only quibble is that the instructions are tiny print. Even l struggled to read them.

Great product, compact

Small, neat and very LOUD. Hope we don't need it though.

If you have an open fire, wood burner, caravan or motorhome then you need one off these.You can place them onto a wall in the appropriate position and just need testing on a weekly basis. Should be good for the next 10 years.

Needed to replace my CO detector as the old one was out of date (check the expiry date on yours, they usually last about 10 years). Its simple to install, batteries are provided and also full usage instructions.
