Hotties Thermal Packs Replacement Core

Brilliant little heat cushion. Even drive with it behind my back to work, gets rid of all the stiffness, aches and pains

I bought these due one was used by vet to keep my Bunny warm after surgery. They kept hot for a long time for her. Never saw them before, or knew what they were called, so did some searching and found them. I have bought a hottie and a spare. They are as required. I have bought them to put under the blankets of my bunny home and in their carrier when it starts getting colder. I have not tried them out yet, but have all the faith they will be what I need.

I accidentally put my hottie in the washing basket and washed it so I needed to replace the core. This is identical to the original and as they don't last forever, it was due a change anyway. I wouldn't hesitate to get one. We do them for 2min20 in our microwave.

I have had several if these over many years and love you can buy just by the replacement and put them in an old cover. So quick to heat up in the microwave and retains the warmth.

We find the cores don't last as long as the outer jacket, so we just buy replacement cores. Superb product, highly recommended, very pleased that replacement cores are available meaning you can get the maximum life out of the outer jacket which we've found lasts 2 or 3 cores before it starts looking tired. UPDATED - the cores are square cut at the corners, and really rather sharp - they can be felt through the cover. I noticed that the heat-sealed edges are reasonably wide so I carefully trimmed a very small amount off each corner to remove the spike and they're much nicer now! When the cores fail, it's always where the rather hard plastic gets creased near the corners and eventually fatigues and cracks, so if you can avoid kinking your core by keeping it nice and flat then it'll last longer. These cores hold their heat far longer than the grain-filled bags - I've use both types at the same time but the Hotties are always still warm when the grain bags have gone cold.

Perfect for Hottie cover I already had! The last thermal pack leaked after a lot of use.
