This cold pack saves me when I have a migraine. It’s a good quality you can pull it down over your eyes and your ponytail will fit out the top. It helps me with so much pain relief. It is washable if you get it dirty and it’s so easy to use.

Highly recommend having this cooling & heating duo on board . It by far is the most comfortable ice pack I've ever used on any part of my body. It's soft and feels nice of skin. Haven't used heat yet but as far as an ice pack . Perfect for any area & I love how comfy is on head as well.. although it's definitely chilly so if you're not wanting a shock leave out a couple minutes before putting on . 5 star product & will get another as a perfect gift for anyone really

Works ok, doesn’t stay cold for very long. Get better coverage because of size and is more comfortable than ice bag.Overall, for the cost its a good buy

Love it helps my neck and my migraines

This product was 100% worth the buy for me. While it does feel the coldest the first 15 minutes as others have said, I find that it still stays cold enough to continue to provide comfort and reprieve from the pain of my migraine for 40+ minutes. I’m tempted to buy another set to use while one set cools in the freezer. I bought the medium and it fits very comfortably and I believe my head to be average size for a female. I like that it fits somewhat snug. If you find that ice bags help with your migraine, I suggest buying this product.

Have made good use of this product so far and it is light weight, covers well, easy to use, & good value for the money. Material feels durable Doesn’t stay cold long and smells like chemicals. I recommend buying two sets so that you can rotate during a migraine.
