As somebody who was diagnosed with high blood pressure, in conjunction with my prescription, I was looking for healthy supplements to keep heart, healthy and blood pressure healthy. After a lot of research, I decided to try beets. The vegetable is definitely an acquired taste. The amount I would need to eat on a daily basis, I could not do, and as far as the juice, it is not bad at all, but it is very high in sugar. Trying this supplement was the next best thing I will be completely honest. I do not take my blood pressure on a daily basis, because it became somewhat of an obsession which can be unhealthy and can make you feel like your blood pressure is even higher because of the anxiety. One day about one hour before my doctors appointment, I took a few of these pills along with my magnesium supplement, I had perfect 120/80 blood pressure reading that is the first time I had seen those numbers in quite a long time. And it was a particularly stressful drive on the way over and I was running late. So I feel that it was a little more than a coincidence or fluke. But the next few blood pressure readings I got they were a little bit higher 90s on the bottom, 130s on the top All in all, I feel that it is a good supplement. It is one that does not hurt you, but I can truly say I don’t feel like it has definitely affected my blood pressure to the point that I would rely on it 100%. I’m going to give one more bottle a try, and pay closer attention to before, and after readings to decide if I want to continue with the supplement long-term supplements only work when you are putting in the effort in other areas in your life. They do not work unless you are making changes all around the board. I know that seems kind of obvious, but believe me, we can all forget that, and wonder why we are spending so much money on vitamins and herbal remedies and supplements, and seeing a little to no change So, I give this a positive reading, based on small changes for the better that I am seeing, but overall, I don’t know if the supplement is the reason for these changes. So I’m remaining cautiously, optimistic, as should you.

Good product works well

Product is fine, as advertised and the capsules are all there, but the bottle is only half way full. A wasteful use of materials! Ether make the bottle smaller or increase the count inside, because too many capsules are breaking inside the bottle during shipping. The tiny bit of cotton isn't cutting it! Your new container is nice but unnecessary.

As a 31 year old male with steadily increasing BP. Normally 130/80 to after taking these a few weeks to 120/70. Much healthier BP and gives me extra energy that I definitely notice. Definitely recommend for people with rising/elevated blood pressure to keep it in check.

I have been buying these for close to 2 years. There is no taste, the bottle fits in my medicine cabinet, I routinely take these every morning. A great option if you’re looking to save a lot of space and there is no added sugars. I will take these over a bag of chewy tablets any day.
