Great value and top quality Omega tablets
I really recommend these if you’re pregnant. I’ve been taking these for a month alongside a multivitamin and a probiotic and unusually i’ve managed to stave off colds so far this winter. The best price available too. Will be ordering more!

Take at night
The capsule was larger than I expected but I don't have a problem with that like others might.I took on the first day in the morning and could taste fish repeating on me all day, I stopped to taking 30 minutes before bedtime and had no problems with after taste ever since.This product advises it helps brain and eye development in the 3rd trimester so I will continue to take throughout pregnancy.

I have had severe hypermess throughout this pregnancy and now 8 months and still use it i plan to while breastfeeding also. Had difficulty finding vitamins that didnt fight to keep down and omega was impossible. These on other hand have had no problems with at all they are brilliant. Very happy and 2 friend's have also started these. Good buy won't regret.... never turn up damaged either.

Other half tried a few other brands, this was the best for no after taste and no reflux. I use another Equazen product myself and feel they are some of the most purest (for the money) and most effective Omega 3 supplements.

The only Omega 3 capsule I can take without feeling nauseous...
I have been trying to take Omega 3 throughout pregnancy and most well known capsules have been really difficult to swallow and have made me feel quite nauseous - trying to deal with morning sickness with the taste of fish oil repeating on your is a real challenge... These however are fantastic.They are easy to swallow, don't smell when you open the packet and have not once made me feel unwell... Highly recommended for any pregnant lady struggling with the alternatives...

One of the best supplement you need when pregnant
This is the best fish oil supplement a pregnant or breastfeeding mother needs to give to herself and her child the best start in life because we can't always get the goodness from the foods we eat today, this has been recommended to me from the first child to the next, this combined with "vitabiotics pregnacare original" always check the technical information than make your judgement accordingly that best suits your need and requirements just ask your midwife or doctor.
