It's Salt for chucking in a pool/hot tub, dissolves quickly so it doesn't stick in your bum when you hop in.

Good product - poorly packaged
Salt is salt - therefore when it arrives and the lid is smashed in the box it goes everywhere. The product is fine - the lid is brittle and mine arrived smashed with salt all over the box it was packaged in.
