Bought this product for my peripheral neuropathy which I have very badly, and my aching and pain and numbness has been greatly reduced and I still have 20 tablets left, it is also helping my brain in some way as well, so double bonus. I bought this a decade ago, it was incredible for relaxation and it was very pungent, very strong garlic smell. Now they hardly smell and have minimal effect.

I have purchased this many times. Recently the label has changed to All Thiamine. One closer inspection the product itself has also changed. The product is now Thiamine (water soluble B1) not Allithiamine (lipid soluble B1). A significantly cheaper product, with less efficient absorption. Clearly with a sneaky label change and failing to update their amazon profile they are hoping no one will notice!

Very disappointed to find these are in a gelatine capsule which they fail to mention in the ingredients list, if they had I wouldn’t have bought them. Not suitable for vegetarians & gelatine isn’t really something you want in a healthy diet.

I take thiamine for stuttering so I want the effect to be pronounced in the brain . This is by the most effective thiamine I ever took. I feel the effect within few minutes of taking it . If you take it for fatigue , weakness or any neurological effect this is the formulations to take.
