I just received this on a Friday afternoon and opened it up Saturday to put it together when I found that there were no installation instructions included in the package.Called Amazon customer service and they were as helpful as possible, checking the manufacturer website to see if there were instructions there and even attempted to call the manufacturer (no luck since it was a weekend). They even provided me with the manufacturer number to call and the time they opened on Monday morning in my time zone.Fortunately I was able to figure it out by looking at the pictures on the Amazon website as I have assembled other furniture before. It would have been nice if there were instructions available online. It did go together really well and overall fairly easily considering I didn't have instructions.The piece itself looks great and feels really sturdy, especially compared to other "assembly required" furniture I have used in the past. There was one minor ding on 1 shelf during shipping, but that was inside the cabinet portion and not visible, so is not a big deal to me.Make sure you have 2 people to move the box into the room where you will assemble it (I didn't do this and almost dropped the box a few times on the way up the stairs).If not for the lack of instructions (and the 1 ding), I would have given this 5 stars. I am assuming that this was an accidental oversight, which can easily happen.Overall I am very satisfied.
