Another great product from Naturelo! I’ve recently recognized that time has crept on me and if I want to be able to enjoy my senior years, I need to make a shift in habits. I have already been diagnosed for Osteoporosis, and my skin has become paper-thin, tearing and bruising easily. There was no time to waste. This is a great product and I love the fact that it is. Food source and not synthetic. I feel so full of energy when I take it in the am. It’s a high quality product and love the ingredients. It’s clean with no harmful chemicals in it. I’m very particular and I love this product. Easy to swallow.

I've been pleasantly surprised by this B-Complex. I initially expected it might heighten my anxiety (as some B vitamins have in the past), but on the contrary, it’s made me feel noticeably sharper and more mentally clear on the days I take it. There was no jitteriness or overstimulation — just clean, steady energy and better focus. I only take it a couple of times a week (Tuesdays and Fridays because I take them along other supplements) and it's working great that way. Delivery was also fast. The capsule was smaller than I expected and definitely easy to swallow. Highly recommend this if you're looking for a quality B-Complex with no harsh effects. Best b vitamins I have ever had. Break down fast and effectively. They don't give me an appetite like the non organic b vits. They break down if you have the mthfr mutation because they are in methyl formation!

So if I'm showing my face for this product is because I really trust it, and I will tell you why. I have been a gym rat for about 20 years, I'm 37, I have tried all kind of supplements, you name them, even the multi vitamin from this brand. I have a mild allergy to wheat and oats, which I discovered some years ago and I know something was going wrong. Every time I eat wheat or oats I feel like I have the flu for a week and also feel very depressive and low on energy. I know I have some problem with nutrient absorption in my gut. Using the multivitamin from this company didn't make a big change, but one day my wife ordered this B complex by mistake thinking it was the vitamins. I started taking it just because we had it and noticed a big, mean big improvement in energy and focus, also my depression problems didn't bother me, all the opposite, I have been feeling hopefull, like wishing to do things and very optimistic every day, and I wake up at 7, study, go to the gym, cook, go to work and come home at midnight every day. I stopped taking these for a week and I felt not so good again, started again and felt fine, so it must be these ones. Maybe it is just me and a malabsorption of vitamins or it is the blend they put into these pills, but without any caffeine in my diet, low on sugar, and a lot of excercise I'm feeling great, so this is my second bottle and I will continue taking these as they only gave good results, no side effects besides a strong pee, but that is natural effect and shows my body is taking and circulating these vitamins. Also they bring a fruit and veg blend and CoQ10, vegan, no gluten, no soy, no gmo, no coloring, no preservatives and no flavoring. I’ve been taking NATURELO B Complex for a while, and it really helps me feel more energy and less tired. It also helps with stress, and I feel more balanced. Easy to swallow, vegan, and good quality. Better than other B vitamins I tried before.

One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age. It can be hard trying to found the right supplement out there that is in its most natural form. Also being methylated the added Choline, Inositol and CoC10 are very rare in other quality vitamins. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm. However being an active older man who exercises regularly with an very active job that can become stressful. I know one as to look after their mind too, however it starts from within the gut. I already eat good quality nutritious foods making sure I get the optimum energy out of what I eat by supplementing with this formula. I don’t take everyday around 3-4 times a week in cycles.
