A nice looking kettle that performs terribly at the upper end of its temperature range. If the kettle is filled more than halfway and heated to boiling, water shoots from the spout and creates a mess. Oddly poor performance for a product that costs more than $100 in a context that seems fairly typical.

This kettle is well-made, and very nice to look at. It looks good sitting on my counter! I like that I can control the temperature, as the different types of loose-leaf tea that I like to drink require steeping in different water temperatures. I’m very happy with it, although I think it’s a bit too pricey for something that only has one job…and that’s to heat water…

This is a nice pot and looks good in the kitchen. My last one was glass which was nice so I could see water levels without opening it every time.The last one was also half a liter larger, so this was also nice for a larger family. This pot will make 2 of my cups of tea per cycle with about 1/2 cup of water left at bottom.This one has a fancy spout, but it pours slow. Don’t try to speed it up by tipping steeper, as water will just start leaking from the lid area.The temp setting is nice in case you just want warm water I guess. The timer is unnecessary in my opinion.It heats water up fast, so this is one aspect I like.The keep warm function would be great if there was anything left to keep warm after pouring a couple cups.The price point on this is too high in my opinion, especially when compared to others on the market.

Very nicely made kettle that looks great on the counter top. Sleek and contact and works well at quickly getting the water to temp and keeping it there. Kinda pricey in my opinion, however if does seem durable and like it’ll last a long time, only time will tell

I used one of these on a recent trip to DC and immediately wanted one for my home.Yes it's a slow pour, but that's pretty much how all of these things work. Make sure you don't fill it up past the max line or it might spout out of the top. I have non of these issues. It takes about 4 minutes to heat up for tea.I've used it to warm water for my masa too when my burners were all occupied.This thing is great!

I used this over the past couple of weeks, mostly with pour-overs and tea-making. I don’t think this will replace my Bonavita kettle, although I would consider it a contender. First, I don’t understand “8 in 1” as part of the product title. Does it boil water in 8 different ways? That said, considering the entire design, it’s attractive. However, I wouldn’t say I like the shiny black finish on the kettle; it’s a fingerprint magnet. The base is probably the most excellent part of the design, in a very Nordic “hi-tech” way. Functionally, it boils or heats water fast, and using a thermometer to test, it seems accurate at low, middle, and high temperatures. The kettle is solidly made, has a nice lid, and it has a gooseneck spout to assist with those precise pour-overs. Last but certainly not least, there are some excellent safety features. I liked this kettle, I enjoyed using it, and I would be happier with a matte finish on the kettle.

This tea kettle set covers everything at once and I love it. Perfect for a desk or anywhere without a stove or heating element. Just fill and let boil. I love it.
