KitchenCraft 3-Pronged Extendable Toasting Fork

Great fork for toasting either your crumpets/toast or marshmallows this winter and all without any burnt fingers.I was looking for a toasting fork that looked as though it was well made, functional but also looked the part, well this one does all of that. Yes, Kitchen Craft have come up with another winner.Dishwasher proof, extending so no burnt fingers, (it doesn't feel as though it will come apart even when extended to the fullest).I like the ring design at the top of it, which allows it to be hung up when not in use.Looks modern with it being silver coloured rather than the black wrought iron ones on the market.UPDATE. Dec 2013 and still in use especially for marshmallows big one is course though as easier to spike. Yes, it even cleans up well after the sticky but lovely melting mallows.

These look good quality and robust for sticking your toast and stuff into the embers...the handle extends to keep you a decent distance from the fire. They don't look at all flimsy and when the fire is going next time in the house its crusty bread and butter toast time. If I attend a barbeque I think these are coming with me...I reckon they would be great around the campfire. Get them if you want to try open fire cooking... ( Glowing embers )No issues with the postage or the retailer.Recommended

Good strong toasting fork. Maybe the tines are slightly more "chunky" than needed - good for industrial toast instead of domestic ! ( We have only a really really old slender one to compare it to. ) The handle expands easily and smoothly. Tea cakes and butter by the fireside..... excellent !

These are quite sturdy, easy to clean, and ideal for over a bonfire.I found that if I extended the fork to its fullest length and used the glowing embers (not the flames!) at the bonfire's edge, I was able to toast the marshmallows quite comfortably without burning my hands - 6 at a time without any mishaps (see photo). Definitely better than using a piece of twig.

Brilliant, I bought these for toasting crumpets on our open fire, in fact I bought 3, one each... no more deciding who has the next one! pretty sturdy construction, the three bar hand does a good job of not rotating/spinning round. I'm going to use them for cooking sausages over a fire pit... They worked well with jumbo marshmallows. As another reviewer said the gaps between the prongs is quite big, but that means you can get 3 mini marshmallows on there! If you like cooking over an open fire and dont like burning your hands holding short forks, then these are for you!

This is the Trident i've always dreamed of,,, well made (Stainless Steel) Extends twice the length and looks like will last for years!Am going to buy another so others can toast their own crumpets !!A genuine Good "Item" that should be a must for all "Fire Pit " ownersIm thinking of handing it down as a family Heir Loom, -(when i've gone down to the hot place) Buy it ! :)

Much more sturdy than I was expecting, excellent value and so practical. Will come in handy when we get the BBQ out in the summer as well
