Great price for a good amount of essential Vitamin D3 (+K2), especially since many of us are deficient.I noticed a difference in my skin during my holiday — I’m not burning as often or as badly. Instead, I’m starting to get a tan and keep a nice light golden colour instead of the usual pink/red/peeling/white.I guess it’s working for me! Now, my GP isn’t telling me to use Vitamin D after my blood test, so I assume my levels are better than before.

These are a long term medication so one can only really comment after a long term trail.. So far I don’t feel any surge of effects from them but who knows in the long term there may well be a positive impact. Only a few weeks in I can’t say how I will feel after a year, come back and ask again then.

It’s the lack of coating that make it hard to take but worth it as they’re high strength and easily absorbed. I take 5-10 a day due to autoimmunity and it’s a lifesaver and recommended this brand to everyone

I like this brand. I did a blood test recently and my Vit D levels are through the roof! It's because I was taking more than one tablet a day- it was my personal choice as I read that even 10k IU vit D a day is only enough to replace what is needed by the body. Anyways my point is these tablets contain vit D so they are not just some mystery powder!
