Fantastic Result
Absolutely LOVE this ball and it has released so much tightness in my lower back/hip area. It is very tender when you start using it but that lessens as the tissue starts to release. I will take this on holiday with me!!

Would definitely recommend.
Really useful piece of kit, when attempting to reales a muscle the tune up alpha ball is really useful. It provides a slightly wider and softer surface compared to my lacrosse ball.I find it especially useful for tight hip flexors.

Excellent Item
Excellent! Gets into the knots / tight spots on legs. Can sit with it under my leg and it's comfortable whilst working the knots. Great item.
