Amazing book
The book it's an inspiration for the éclairs' lovers. Even I'll be sticking on my mum's choux old recipe (only because I can make it with my eyes closed, to say so), I've tried the choux from the book and it's working fine. The glazing and the creams are wonderful and the book brings an excellent inspiration, with a modern twist to be added to your own recipes. For the ones who are trying for the 1st time, the guidance for choux is well explained but bare in mind that you need to 'feel' the dough, to 'feel' when you have to stop adding eggs and 'feel' when you have to turn off the oven. The book is amazing! Thank you chef Christophe Adam for sharing all the beautiful recipes with us and helping us to take a big step to the éclairs fashion world. Someone here is over the moon!

Wonderful Book
Excellent book for anyone wanting to understand, and make choux or eclairs. The book is fully illustrated with step by step instructions. Great basic recipes like chocolate and caramel and wonderfully ingenious combinations you may not have considered making. The weights are both in cups and metric measurements which I really like. The steps are so well explained and illustrated that they leave very little room for error. Very affordable book filled with beautiful illustrations and recipes, would thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic Book
By far the most interesting and exciting recipe book I have ever bought, and I have so many. Great step by step photos, instuctions and measurements are in grams as well as ml and cups so not sure why others have said they are not? Tons of different recipes. I could keep writing all day about how good this book is. Warning! if you buy it as a present you may not want to give it away. Highly recommend this book if you want to make the most beautiful eclairs ever. Love it.

The definitive book on Eclairs.
Christophe Adam owns a series of shops in Paris that offer only eclairs! So who can be more accredited to write a book on them? It may be the definitive work on this subject! Informative,simple and plenty of colorful fotos it should invite you to appreciate those little sweets more than those overestimated macaroons. They can be equally bright and easy to make yet,if you like,bigger and sweeter than them!

Amazing context
Amazing written instructions and step by step guide can't fault it any way made them for the first time and had no problems making them. I would recommend it to anyone else wantibg to try making thrm dont hesitate go for it!

Very good book
Not a huge amount of recipes that said that they are step by step with smashing photography well worth the money

Great for flavour combinations and decoration
Bought this as a present who is a chef. He can already make the pastry. This book is great fir the internal fillings and decoration. Recommended
