So far so good. It works for me. Big capsules, I just opened the capsule and took half the first time, to see if they agree with me. Now I take a full capsule, seems to help my eyesight been taking them for 2 weeks now. It’s doing my energy good. But also helps me to sleep.

Used other polish brand before, surprisingly was giving better effect. This one is well known brand but not so potent

I stopped using hearing aid.the sound in my ears was very distorted. I heard it like it was coming from a loudspeaker with a damaged diaphragm. After a week of taking taurine, I leave my hearing aid at home.

Although the tablets are large they are affective plus they have magnesium in them which has eased my night cramps. I would recommend them.
