I have a weird sensitivity to tea and coffee where they make me itchy and mess with my mood (probably histamine intolerance), yet I have a job that requires caffeine to function.These guarana capsules are a very good substitute. 1 Capsule in the morning is effective. 2 can almost be too much. Depends on your body.Emptying the capsule into your mouth will make it come on in 5 minutes. Capsules can take 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on food eaten.

These are fantastic for the price. I've used several other brands but these are best bang for buck.I was skeptical at the 88mg of caffeine that is labeled but I think its an accurate statement. I took two and it did the job perfectly.Guarana is THE best form of caffeine in my opinion. Almost no crash.Taking 3 in the morning was almost to much - my chest felt a bit odd. I wouldn't recommend more than 2 at a time without tolerance.Definite 5* product!

I love Guarana. I use these to get me through the day, not in terms that I need something to get me through the day, but when I need laser focus and have lots to get done. They do not give me the jitters which other similar products seem to and I love and trust this brand as I use their other products. i am a bit old fashioned as when I find something I trust and like, I stick with them. So If you need to stay or be focused, or you have had a latish night and need a gentle lift, then these are superb in my experience.

Each pill has an effective caffeine content of about 80mg, same as a 250ml energy drink.Guarana delivers this caffeine in a slower and smoother fashion compared to coffee or energy drinks.Very good price as well.

I use this company and product for few years already. In the beginning it would really boost and i'd take every morning 2 capsules. But recently it's not doing anything i don't think the quality is the same anymore.

Doesn't give you the jitters like normal caffeine. Just a smooth type of energy.
