Can I use this when cycling my aquarium please thank you

If cycling the aquarium means you are cleaning and changing the water then yes it can. And then it can be used once a week to assist with keeping the tank clean.

How much should I put in a 110L tank ?? Will 10ml be ok.

Yes 10ml should do the tick, I would suggest try 10ml first and observe your tank for approximately a week, it not satisfy increase to 15ml. I have a 110L and 120L tanks and only use 10ml in the 110L and 15ml in my 120L and both are satisfactory and the Goldfish appears to be very happy in their water conditions\

At risk of sounds like an idiot. But on the back it says 5ml for each 7.5l... I'm guessing that only added and no for how many litres the tank is?

I am not sure what you are trying to ask, but just calculate the amount for the size of your tank. If you have a 75 litre tank you use 50 mls of the stuff, if it is a 100 litre tank it is about 67 mls and so on.
