Does it have sensors?

No. You need the pro for sensors and active tracking. I sent mine back and got the mini 3 pro for this very reason

Does this dji mini 3 have a follow me function??

In a nutshell - No - you would need the Mini 3 Pro - this is however, a terrific little drone WITHOUT follow me - avoidance sensors - hyperlapse - I have the Mavic 3 as well - this mini 3 takes better sphere shots than Mavic in my opinion (in low winds)

Does it come with dji refresh?
