Just got into drone photography so I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money right away. This little drone is a beast for the price. The camera is excellent and the flight time is way more than I expected. It is true you get what you pay for in that other drones that are double the price or more have better features but this thing if fighting above its weight class and is an awesome drone for someone who is just starting out or just wants to go have fun. Only thing I wish it had was some obstacle avoidance but I bought propeller guards and that works for me. I highly recommend the controller with a screen. I have used drones that require a phone on the controller and it works but this controller makes it so everything is ready to deploy right away and no need to drain your phone's battery. The biggest issue I ran into with the phone was even with the brightness all the way up in sunlight it was hard to see the screen but with this controller that is not the case it is super bright even direct sunlight doesn't cause an issue. Plus set up was super easy as you did everything with the controller. If you are a professional you will likely be disappointed in the missing features of this drone but for beginners and those just wanting something with good quality this is an awesome product. I will be upgrading to the Mini 4 pro at some point so it was nice the batteries work with both drones. I did have to register it with the FAA due to the added weight of the propeller guards so I wish I had gotten the larger batteries. I cant speak on the durability as I have not crashed mine but when handling it the plastic is not very thick to reduce weight.

This drone exceeded all my expectations. It’s incredibly easy to fly, even for someone with little experience, and the image quality is absolutely stunning. Excellent drone package for the user that wants excellent image quality at a low price. Simple to operate and very quiet so you don't attract unwanted attention when you fly. Although this drone is three years old and lacks object avoidance most beginners will be able to get nice quality output quickly and easily. YouTube has tons of videos with step by step usage guides. Unless you want to pay double the price for a Mini 5 Pro and it's higher feature content this drone will be all most people will ever need.

I’ve been using the DJI Mini 3 for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best tech purchases I’ve made. Right out of the box, it was super easy to set up and get in the air—even if you’ve never flown a drone before. The video quality is impressive. The 4K footage comes out sharp and smooth, and the colors look great without needing a ton of editing. I also really like the vertical shooting mode, which makes it perfect for social media content like TikTok and Instagram. Battery life is better than expected—I consistently get around 30+ minutes per flight, which gives plenty of time to capture what I need. The drone is also lightweight and portable, so I can throw it in a bag and take it anywhere without worrying about space. The only downside is that it doesn’t have obstacle avoidance, so you do need to stay aware of your surroundings while flying. But once you get comfortable with the controls, it’s not a big issue. Overall, if you’re looking for a high-quality, easy-to-use drone that won’t break the bank, the DJI Mini 3 is absolutely worth it. Great for beginners, but still powerful enough for more serious use.

Fantastic , I thought it had a follow me function but this model hasn't, the pro one has it. It works great and is really stable with wind, videos are impressing.

This is my first drone. After a lot of research I decided on this DJI mini 3. Amazon had a deal that was too good to pass up. I suspect they are clearing out this model to make way for the Lito. I watched as many videos as I could and after much anxiety I took it up for the first time. Wow, I was surprised how easy it was to fly. I was disappointed it did not come with a micro SD card so I've been flying it without being able to record. That's ok because that's easily rectified. Can't wait to try out the picture quality. In the meantime I'm practicing flying and getting comfortable with the drone. If this deal lasts and you are on the fence about which one, don't hesitate. For the price it's a great value and a solid drone. Only thing that would make it better would be if it was outfitted with obstacle avoidance.

My wife bought me the Mavick combo some years back. A great drone. Now I have upgraded to this Mini 3 with the video screen RC. I was always of the mind that paying for a screen was a bad idea when your phone has a perfectly good screen. I could not be more wrong. The RC unit with a screen is just fab. Touchscreen and great resolution - plenty bright enough unlike some reviews. Just makes it so much quicker to get flying. The drone itself is just amazing. Much bigger, faster, quieter. If you are looking for an entry level <250g drone with amazing video and still specs - trust me - this is a fantastic buy and the price point with 3 batteries, charging caddy and carry case is just amazing given the tech you get. 4K video and 48MP still shots. Worth every penny - just buy it and you will not be disappointed. I have no financial interest in any of the sellers, DJI and have no benefit in kind from them.
