Greek Cheese Making Kit – make halloumi, feta and goats cheese – easy for beginners

Bought as an unusual gift...bit like a cheap Christmas Cracker...Disappointing lack of contents...Seems you don't need very much to make cheese.

Good value as goats cheesecan be expensive. Should be fun to makeas well.

This was bought as a gift and is a great little cheese making kit, however it isn't a big cheese making kit - so it really depends upon how much cheese you want to make. It is great for the price, but if you are after the cheese rather than the experience then get a bigger kit. If you are just after some fun and an experience or are looking for a present then this is the best. It does of course mean that you need to be able to get hold of some goats milk! I tried to work out if it is cheaper than buying cheese, but I don't think it is - perhaps another reason to think of it as fun rather "the Goodlife"!

I'd been interested in making cheese and chose this kit because goat's cheese can be expensive, so I figured cheaper to make it myself. The first batch wasn't quite right but I'd perfected it by the second go. This is more of a gift item than a way to get cheap cheese, but once you have the instructions you can get Cheap refills.
